A Chart I Purchased Is Missing – Here’s How to Get Help (iPhone)

Submitting a support ticket through the app allows us to resolve the issue faster by including helpful technical information.


To submit a support ticket on iPhone:

  1. Open the TimePassages 3.0 app.

  2. Tap the Settings tab (gear icon in the bottom toolbar).

  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Report an Issue.

  4. Fill out the form with a short description (e.g., “Missing purchased chart”).

  5. Tap Submit Ticket.
