I can’t find my purchased Natal Chart.

Just a quick heads-up: If you edit any details in a natal chart, the app treats it as a new chart and may ask you to purchase it again.


Still can’t find it?


If you’ve checked your chart list and it’s still missing, no problem! Just reach out to us right from the app:

  1. Go to Settings at the bottom of your screen.

  2. Tap Report an Issue.

  3. Fill out the quick form with details like:

    • Which profile the chart belongs to

    • A copy of your purchase receipt

  4. Tap Submit Ticket.
