If you’re seeing a message from Google Play asking you to confirm your subscription in the app, you’re not alone. This appears to be a known issue affecting some Android users.
While the issue originates from Google Play, here are a few steps you can try to resolve it:
✅ Troubleshooting Steps
Check Your Google Account
Make sure you’re signed into the correct Google account—the one you used to make the purchase.
Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Restart Your Device
A quick restart can resolve a lot of issues.
Clear Google Play Store Cache & Data
Here’s how:
Open your device’s Settings app.
Tap Apps & notifications (or Apps).
Tap See all apps.
Scroll down and select Google Play Store.
Tap Storage & cache.
Tap Clear Cache.
Tap Clear Data.
Reinstall Google Play Store (Optional)
If clearing cache/data doesn’t help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Play Store.
Sign Back In
After clearing data, you’ll need to sign in to your Google account again before trying to confirm your subscription.
