  1. Check Your Google Account

    Make sure you’re signed into the correct Google account—the one you used to make the purchase.

  2. Check Your Internet Connection

    Ensure you have a stable internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data.

  3. Restart Your Device

  4. Clear Google Play Store Cache & Data
