No worries! Your Comparison Charts are saved under the profile of the person you originally picked when you made the purchase. If you’re not sure whose profile that was, try this:
How to find your Comparison Chart:
Open the TimePassages app.
Tap the Charts tab at the bottom.
Tap Compare Charts.
Check both people’s profiles by selecting each one to see if your Comparison Chart shows up.
Still can’t find it?
If you’ve looked in both places and it’s still missing, no problem! Just reach out to us right from the app:
Go to Settings at the bottom.
Tap Report an Issue.
Fill out the quick form with details like which profile the chart belongs to, a copy of your purchase receipt, and whether or not it's a romantic compatibility. We’ll be happy to restore your access.
Tap Submit Ticket.
