If you need to locate a receipt for your TimePassages purchase through Apple, you can do this either directly on your iPhone or via a web browser.
On Your iPhone or iPad
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Tap Media & Purchases.
Select View Account.
Tap Purchase History.
Locate the purchase, then tap Total Billed.
Tap Resend to have the receipt emailed to you — or take a screenshot and email it to us directly if needed.
On a Web Browser (Mac or PC)
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Scroll to find the purchase in your order list.
Click View Invoice to see the full receipt and download or print as needed.
