TimePassages 3.0 iPhone Syncing Updates

✅ Syncing is Now Fully Available


Chart syncing from the Legacy Pro and Free iPhone apps to TimePassages 3.0 is now live and fully functional.


Good news:

Your chart data is safe! Both the Legacy Pro and Free Apps have built-in backup options. As a precaution, you can also manually create a backup file to store in iCloud or on your phone—click here for instructions.



Legacy Pro App Users (formerly the $29.99 Pro App)


If you haven’t yet synced your charts to the new 3.0 app, now’s the time:


How to sync your charts:

  1. Open your TimePassages Legacy Pro App (blue crescent moon icon).

  2. Go to Settings and confirm you’re on version 2.9.13 (syncing is only available on this version).

  3. Tap Continue or Restart Migration to 3.0 (this is the first option under Settings). 

  4. When prompted in the new 3.0 app, create an account using the email and password of your choice.

    • If you’ve already created an account in TimePassages 3.0, just log in.

  5. Your charts will sync automatically.



Free Year of Pro


As a Legacy Pro user, you’re eligible for one free year of the new Pro subscription.

  • In the 3.0 app, go to Settings > Upgrade to Pro and select a Monthly or Annual subscription to activate your free year.

What happens to my $29.99 one-time purchase?

The one-time purchase model has been retired. TimePassages 3.0 now uses a subscription model. You’re eligible for a free year of Prolearn how to activate it here. To understand why we made this change, click here.


Will I lose my charts if I cancel after the free year?

No. You’ll retain access to any charts you created during your subscription.


Why can’t I log in?

Legacy apps didn’t require an account. When you update to 3.0, you’ll need to create a new account. If you already created one, log in using that email and password.



Legacy Free App Users


If you were using the free version of the app, your charts will begin syncing automatically after you update to 3.0.


How to Ensure Syncing Works:

  • Update to the TimePassages 3.0 App if you haven’t already.

  • Create an account during setup to allow cloud syncing.

  • Stay logged in and don’t delete the app until syncing completes (this happens in the background).

What happens to my $9.99 one-time purchases?

These one-time purchases are no longer supported. You’re eligible for a free year of Pro in the new app—click here to activate. To read why we transitioned to a subscription model, click here.


What about my 99¢ chart purchases?

They will sync to the new app. If any are missing, please create a ticket.


Will I lose charts if I cancel after the free year?

No. You’ll keep all the charts you created during your free year.


Why can’t I log in?

Legacy apps didn’t use accounts. In the 3.0 app, create a new account or log in using credentials you’ve already set up.
