How to Sync Charts for Free App Users

Good news — syncing is now available for Free App users! Just follow these steps to make sure your charts carry over smoothly into the new TimePassages 3.0 app:

Steps to Sync:

1. Go through the full setup process in the TimePassages 3.0 App.

   Be sure to read each screen carefully and follow the directions.

2. Create an account when prompted.

   This step is essential — it tells our servers where to migrate your charts.

3. Download the TimePassages 3.0 app if you haven’t already.

4. When you reach the subscription screen, you can choose to:

   • Subscribe for full access, or

   • Continue with a free account (you’ll still be able to view your charts).

While Syncing:

• If your charts don’t appear immediately, don’t worry!

  Syncing happens in the background and may take a few minutes.

• You can continue using the app while syncing completes.

• Important:

  • Do NOT log out of the app

  • Do NOT delete the app

    until syncing is finished — this will interrupt the process.

1. Tap Settings (gear icon in the bottom toolbar).
2. Tap Report an Issue at the bottom of the page.
3. Fill out the support form with a short description of the issue.
4. Tap Submit Ticket.
