TimePassages 3.0 iPhone Migration Updates

Migration is now fully functional and available to all mobile app users!  


Your chart data is safe! Both the Legacy Pro App and Free App have built-in backup options as a fail-safe. While you shouldn’t need them, you can manually create a backup file to store in iCloud or on your phone—click here.


To get your charts from the Legacy Apps into our cloud and accessible on the new 3.0 app, read on!



Legacy Pro iPhone App Users:


The migration from the Legacy Pro App to TimePassages 3.0 is ready. If you have not migrated yet, the time is now.  Simply open your TimePassages Legacy Pro App (blue crescent moon icon), go to Settings, and make sure you have the latest version 2.9.13.  Migration is only available on version 2.9.13.


  1. Go to Settings in the TimePassages Legacy Pro App.
  2. Select Continue or Restart Migration to 3.0 (which is the first option under Settings).
  3. When setting up the new app, carefully review each pop-up screen. Please note, the Legacy Free and Pro apps did not require an account.  You will need to create an account with the email and password of your choice in the TimePassages 3.0 App.  If you already set up an account in the TimePassages 3.0 App, simply log in with the email and password you used to create the account.
  4. Your charts will now migrate seamlessly.


Legacy Pro App users are eligible for a Free Year of the paid Pro subscription to the new 3.0 app.  You will need to select either a Monthly or Annual subscription and click Upgrade to Pro to activate your free year.

FAQ:

  • What happens to my $29.99 one-time purchase from the Legacy Pro App?  We are no longer supporting the $29.99 one-time purchase from the Legacy Pro App.  TimePassages 3.0 is now on a subscription model.  However, you are eligible for a free year subscription.  For instructions on how to activate the free year, click hereTo read why we moved to a subscription model, click here.
  • If I cancel the subscription after the free year, do I retain access to my charts?  Yes!  You will always have access to the charts you create during the free year.
  • Why can't I log in?  The Legacy Free and Pro apps did not require an account.  You will need to create an account with the email and password of your choice in the TimePassages 3.0 App.  If you have already set up an account in the TimePassages 3.0 App, log in with the email and password you used to create the account.



Legacy Free iPhone App Users:


Syncing is turned on for Free App users.  If you haven't updated your app to the new 3.0 app, please do so!  Your charts will begin to sync to our cloud automatically.


For those who are not seeing their charts in the new TimePassages 3.0 App, please create a ticket. Our support team will gladly assist you!


If you see your charts in your app but do not see them when you log into your web app, don't worry, and don't delete your TimePassages 3.0 App!  Please create a ticket. Our support team will gladly assist you!


FAQ:
