How to do a clean reinstall

Here is how to do a clean reinstall. This means we are going to wipe your computer completely of all TimePassages folders and then reinstall it as if it's for the first time. Please follow the instructions below.

Deauthorize your computer
1. To deauthorize your Mac computer, follow these steps:
  1. open TimePassages
  2. go to the TimePassages menu>Licenses
  3. click on Deauthorize this Computer
Close TimePassages
Uninstall TimePassages by going to the Apps folder in Finder and deleting the app
Open your Finder window
In the left-hand menu, click on your username
At the very top of your computer screen, in the menu toolbar, click on the Go menu
On the keyboard, press the "option" key
Click on Library in Go menu when it pops up
Back in the Finder window, enter "timepassages" into the search bar
When you click enter, make sure you're searching "Library" not "This Mac"
Delete all the TimePassages files that are found
Empty the trash
Reboot your computer
Download and reinstall the software https://www.astrograph.com/downloads/
