Chart files aren't stored within the software. They are stored on your computer's hard drive. For added security, we recommend backing up your chart files to an external hard drive (such as a USB). That way, should anything happen, you always have a backup of your chart files.
If you have changed computers, you will need to use a flash drive or external hard drive, to transfer the Chart Folder from the older computer to the newer computer.
