Let's try doing a clean reinstall. This means we are going to wipe your computer completely of all TimePassages folders and then reinstall it as if it's for the first time. Please follow the instructions below.
- Deauthorize your computer
- To deauthorize your Windows computer, follow these steps:
- open TimePassages
- go to the Enable menu
- click on Deauthorize this Computer
- To deauthorize your Windows computer, follow these steps:
- Close TimePassages
- uninstall TimePassages (Here are instructions just in case: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uninstall-or-remove-apps-and-programs-in-windows-10-4b55f974-2cc6-2d2b-d092-5905080eaf98)
- Open your Finder window
- Go to your C drive
- Type "TimePassages" into the search bar
- Delete any files or folders associated with TimePassages (this can include "log" files and "plist" files)
- Empty your recycle bin
- Restart your computer
- Download and reinstall the software https://www.astrograph.com/downloads/
