Follow these instructions to redeem the free year:
- open the 3.0 app
- go to the Settings tab
- tap on Your Account
- tap on Upgrade
- you will see the purchase pop-up screen with "One Year Free" at the top
- select either the Monthly or Annual Subscription
- click “Upgrade to Pro”
- it will ask you to log into your Apple account
This step is necessary to activate the free-year promotion. This is the correct behavior as the iPhone app goes through iCloud for purchases. It should not actually charge you. It will send a receipt for $0. If you decide not to continue after the free period, you must cancel to avoid being charged.
If you do not see the free year option or you followed these instructions and still do not have a free year, please create a ticket so we can assist you.
