How do I change my chart settings?

Modified on Wed, May 28 at 10:14 AM

Want to customize how your charts look by default? Here’s how to adjust the settings that apply to all new charts you create:

  1. Log in to the TimePassages Web App.

  2. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Click Default Chart Options, then click Edit.

  4. Adjust your preferences for:

    • House System

    • House Cusp Margin

    • Chart Points

    • Aspect Options

    • Preferred Date Format

    • Default Location

  5. Click Update Chart Options to save your changes.

Note: These updates will apply only to new charts you create going forward.
They won’t change the settings on charts you’ve already created.

Changing Settings for One Chart Only

Want to update the display settings for just one chart—without affecting others?

  1. Open the chart you’d like to update.

  2. Click the gear icon (Chart Settings) near the chart view.

  3. Choose your preferences for:

    • House System

    • House Cusp Margin

    • Chart Points

    • Aspect Options

  4. Click Update Chart to save your changes to that specific chart.
