We’re excited to share the latest improvements and updates to TimePassages for Mac! This release includes several bug fixes, interface updates, and new features to enhance your astrological experience.
New Features & Enhancements
North and South Node Interpretations: We added aspect interpretations in natal charts for planets with the Lunar Nodes.
New Settings Option: A new “Calculation Options” section in the Settings menu, for settings that used to be in the Interpretations Options; now easier to find preferences.
Special Reports Section: A new “Special Reports” subtitle now appears under the Display menu, renamed from “Reports” which was ambiguous.
Minor Aspects Added: We’ve expanded our aspect library to include Bi-Septile, Tri-Septile, and Novile aspects.
Improved Manual: The Table of Contents in the built-in manual is now clickable for faster navigation.
Neptune in Aries: The missing interpretation for Neptune in Aries in the Current Chart has been added.
Moon Phase Report: Moon Phase report is now available under Display > Special Reports, offering deeper insights into this particular natal chart.
Fixes & Improvements
Sidereal Natal Report Crash: Fixed a crash that occurred when generating sidereal natal reports.
Astrograph License Check: Cleaned up the license check process—now using secure HTTPS and removed unnecessary “www” from the URL.
T-Square Interpretation Restored: T-square interpretations are no longer missing.
Aspects to Lunar Nodes: This setting is now turned on by default, allowing you to see aspects to the nodes and also their interpretations that have been added.
Consistent Aspect Orbs: Standardized default aspect orbs between Mac and Windows for a smoother cross-platform experience; defaults for some of these orbs have changed.
Progressed Vertex Fix: The progressed Vertex is now properly disabled in transits and progressions.
Grid Print Fix: Temporarily disabled printing for the Aspect and Declination Grid.
