The iPad and iPhone apps are two different products and don't sync. We are working on bringing both into our cloud vs. iCloud so that they do sync, but that may take some time as we are a small, family-owned company. For now, if you log into the iPad using the same Apple ID as your iPhone and download the Pro app, it'll recognize that you've already purchased it and won't ask you to pay again. However, you must re-enter your iPhone charts into the iPad app.
We do not have access to iPhone purchases. All TimePassages iPhone purchases go through the App Store, are linked to your Apple ID, and only Apple can access them. Please contact Apple to see if they can offer you a refund so you can upgrade to the Pro app.
