Interpretation contains paragraphs for two different houses

Both interpretations are relevant.  This is standard for planets, Mars and beyond.  There is only one paragraph for either (insert planet) or the (insert #) House.  Only one paragraph for the (insert #) House or sign.  The interpretation attempts to identify the relevant paragraphs--house position first--and to indicate that some other chart might show the same paragraph if EITHER, e.g. (insert sign) or House (insert #).  So it reads that the following information would be true for either (insert sign) or, in your case, the (insert #) House ((insert sign) in this case).
