If you are running into any problems creating charts and getting error codes, please try resetting the program to its default settings.
This will reverse any settings that you might have changed. So first, make sure to write down which settings you currently have and need to keep.
Check the following settings for things you want to write down and remember:
- Edit >> Preferences >> Display Options
- Edit >> Preferences >> Aspect Options
- Edit >> Preferences >> Aspect Orbs
Now, follow these steps to reset the program to default settings:
- Write down settings you might have changed
- Edit >> Reset to Factory Defaults
- Close the program and restart
- Attempt the chart and see if it is working now
- Put back any changed settings and try the chartl again to make sure all is well
