Requesting Refund

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your Mobile App purchase. We are happy to answer questions about the App and help you navigate it.


As for a refund, all iPhone App and Google Play purchases are linked to your Apple ID or Google Play Account.  We do not have access to iPhone or Android purchases. You will need to contact Apple or Google Play to see if they can refund you for your Mobile App purchase.
