To change your password, go to TimePassages Online via a computer's web browser with the link below and select "Need a New Password?": https://www.astrograph.com/cloud/.
When you reset it on our website, it will sync to the Android App. TimePassages Online and the Android App Sync.
If you have issues resetting your password on the website:
- try to use a different Internet Search Engine. For example, if you are using Chrome, try Safari, Firefox, etc.
- try clearing the cache in your web browser. You can easily find instructions for your particular web browser by Googling "clear cache" and the name of your web browser. Once you do that, exit out of the web browser and restart your computer.
