If your charts aren’t appearing in the new TimePassages 3.0 app, here are a few steps you can try:
Check for updates
Go to the App Store and make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.
Recover your charts
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Recover Charts.
If you don’t see this option, go to Settings > Account > Restore Purchases.
This process works only if you were using the Free App, not the Pro App.
If you’re still not seeing your charts or you’re unsure which version you were using, you can quickly contact our support team directly from the app:
- Tap Settings (gear icon in the bottom toolbar).
- Tap Report an Issue at the bottom of the page.
- Fill out the support form with a short description of the issue.
- Tap Submit Ticket.
