Windows 6.3.1.03 Release Notes
We’ve made a variety of improvements, fixed some frustrating bugs, and added new features to make your experience smoother and more accurate. Here’s what’s new in this update:
Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements
Progressed Charts Fixed – Progressed charts now correctly reflect progressed planet positions (they were previously showing natal positions).
Crash Fixes:
Resolved a rare crash at launch affecting some users (no crash dump was being generated).
Fixed crash when the most recent .chw file was corrupted.
Addressed a crash related to MainFrameForm::actionTriggered.
T-Square Interpretation – The missing interpretation for the T-square aspect pattern has been restored.
Astro Clock Improvements:
Aspect interpretations now display correctly.
Fixed timing issues when your location is in a different time zone.
Composite Chart Corrections:
Resolved incorrect Vertex and Part of Fortune calculations.
Fixed layout issues when changing Calculation Options.
Progressed Vertex Fix – This now properly reflects its position (was incorrectly showing 0 degrees).
Fractional Time Zones – These now work as expected in chart calculations.
Chart Location Fix – Leonard Cohen’s sample chart now has an accurate location.
Haumea & Makemake Fix – These points no longer appear incorrectly at 0° Aries in LMT charts.
General Chart Points Menu – “Edit General Chart Points” has been moved out of the submenu for easier access.
Display Menu Rename – The “Reports” menu is now called “Special Reports” for clarity.
Jupite Typo – Typo fixed in the Graphical Ephemeris dialog (Jupiter now spelled correctly!).
Enhancements & New Features
New: Calculation Options in Settings – Fine-tune how your charts are calculated.
Aspect Orbs Standardized – Default orbs now match across both Mac and Windows platforms.
Lunar Nodes Aspects – Now included by default in chart interpretations.
Improved Crash Logs:
Log and crash dump files have been relocated to AppData\Local\TimePassages.
.log files now include chart details for easier troubleshooting.
Improved instructions for submitting crash logs to support.
Manual Improvements – Table of Contents (ToC) is now clickable for easier navigation.
Logging Bug Fixed – LogTimp.log will continue to write even if previously marked as read-only.
.exe Versioning – The TimePassages executable now correctly displays the current version.
