We actually don't have a manual way to update default/current location in the Windows desktop software. It's a bit funny that way and different from the Mac desktop software. The transit default time zone - which is what you need - comes from the computer itself, usually corresponding to the person’s location. That can be changed through your computer's OS. You can also edit each transits date for a different time zone, of course.
