My location isn’t working in TimePassages 3.0

We’re currently making major improvements to our location database (atlas), and some locations may not be available just yet.


If you’re having trouble finding your location, please let us know the exact city by submitting a support ticket directly from the app. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Settings at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap Report an Issue.

  3. Fill out the quick form and include the exact location you’re trying to use.

  4. Tap Submit Ticket.


Sending your request through the app helps us collect the info we need to fix the issue faster. We’ll get back to you within 3 business days with a solution.


In the meantime, please use the closest available city to your birth location. Thank you for your patience as we enhance the Atlas!
