Daily Horoscope: My daily horoscope isn't loading. What do I do?

The daily horoscopes in TimePassages 3.0 require web connectivity to load.  Please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are connected to WiFi or cellular data.
  2. Ensure you are updated to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play.




Are you seeing a Network Error 9 message in the app and can't view the daily horoscope?


Error 9 typically indicates an authentication issue, often caused by an expired session (a security feature from Apple). To resolve this, please try the following:

  1. Open the app and go to the Settings tab.

  2. Tap on Your Account.

  3. If a login screen appears, please log back in to refresh your session.



Don’t have an account or can’t log in?


If the app doesn’t recognize your email address—or you don’t remember ever creating a login—that’s completely expected. You were using one of our older Legacy versions of TimePassages, which did not require an account. So when you updated to TimePassages 3.0, you didn’t have an account to log into.


As part of the new setup process, you’ll be prompted to create a new account using an email and password of your choice. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to log in and continue using the app.

You can quickly contact our support team directly from the app:

  1. Tap Settings (gear icon in the bottom toolbar).
  2. Tap Report an Issue at the bottom of the page.
  3. Fill out the support form with a short description of the issue.
  4. Tap Submit Ticket.
