If you purchased the TimePassages iPhone Pro App, you will want to back up the old phone through iCloud and restore from the backup on the new device. You need to have the same Apple ID on both devices.
On the new device, go to the App Store, go to purchase the TimePassages Pro App again, with the same Apple ID, Apple will remember your original purchase and you will not be charged.
