The iPhone Free App and Pro App are two different Apps. You are not able to move charts from the Free App into the Pro App. You will need to manually add the charts into the Pro App. Once they are there, you can backup your device through iCloud so you will not have to add these charts again.
We are working on a membership base for the iPhone App so the charts will be saved in our Cloud. This will take time to create since we are a small family-owned company.
