How to Print a Chart (Three Easy Ways)

Option 1: Print Directly from the App

1. Open the chart you want to print.

2. Tap the Share icon in the top-right corner.

3. Select Print from the share sheet.

4. Choose your printer and any desired settings.

5. Tap Print (top-right corner).

If you don’t see the Print option, scroll to the right and tap More to enable it.

Option 2: Print a Chart You AirDropped to Your Mac

1. Open the chart on your iPhone and tap the Share icon.

2. Select AirDrop, then choose your Mac.

3. On your Mac, the chart will open automatically or appear in your Downloads folder.

4. Double-click the file to open it, then press Command + P or go to File > Print.

Option 3: Print a Chart You Texted or Emailed to Yourself

1. From your iPhone, tap the Share icon on your chart and choose Messages or Mail.

2. Send it to your own email address or phone number.

3. Open the message or email on your computer or another device.

4. Open the chart file (PDF), then print using your usual method:

   • On a Mac: Press Command + P or go to File > Print

   • On a Windows PC: Press Ctrl + P or select File > Print
