Why does the orb info at the top of the aspect screens differ?

Sometimes, a compatibility chart will show this initial paragraph that starts with "and," mentioning how there is also an aspect between the same two planets in the other direction.

For example, in the screenshot below, Jason's Saturn is sextile Guia's Venus with an orb of 1.5 degrees. Also, Jason's Venus happens to be trine Guia's Saturn with an orb of 3.9 degrees. These are two different aspects, but it is mentioned in the interpretation because they add greater significance when there is an aspect going on in both directions.
