You want to cast a Compatibility chart (also known as Synastry).
- create a chart for the desired event you want to compare and save it
- open your natal chart
- go to Display>Comparison/Composite
- click on Comparison
The upper left and right corners of the subsequent chart screen will tell you what the inner and outer wheels are.
To pull up the interpretations:
- go to Interpretations>Compatibility Report
