I can't find my purchased Progressed Chart

The Progressed Charts are 99 cents per chart for each date.  For example, if you purchased a Progressed Chart yesterday, then today you should still be able to view yesterday's chart.  However, you would have to purchase today's Progressed Chart to see the Transits for today.

If you purchased Progressed Charts and they are not showing up, please send a screenshot of your Progressed section.  You should see a list of the Progressed Charts you purchased by the date of the Progressions if you go to your Progressions section in your profile.  Charts created from "Current" auto-delete after one day.  To access Progressed Charts you've purchased that aren't showing up in the list, just enter the same date and the system will recognize you've already purchased that date and shouldn't charge you to view it again.  Please note that this method requires that you enter the exact date and time to retrieve that purchased Progressed Chart.  See screenshot below.

We do offer Unlimited Progressed Charts with the purchase of a monthly or annual subscription.   You can sign up for the subscription via our website https://astrograph.com/astrology-software/membership.php.  The web subscription and Android app sync.

If you still can't find your purchased Progressed charts, despite the info above, please try accessing the Progressed Charts on our website using the same username and password as the Android app https://www.astrograph.com/cloud/.  If they aren't there, please forward your receipts and let us know what date and time you purchased and for whom and we will add them to your account.
