I can't find my purchased Transit Chart.

The Transit Charts are 99 cents per chart for each date.  For example, if you purchased a Transit Chart yesterday, then today you should still be able to view yesterday's chart.  However, you would have to purchase today's Transit Chart to see the Transits for today.

If you purchased Transit Charts and they are not showing up, please send a screenshot of your Transit section.  You should see a list of the Transit Charts you purchased by the date of the Transits if you go to your Transits section in your profile.  Charts created from "Current" auto-delete after one day.  To access transits you've purchased that aren't showing up in the list, just enter the same date and the system will recognize you've already purchased that date and shouldn't charge you to view it again.  Please note that this method requires that you enter the exact date and time to retrieve that purchased Transit Chart.  See screenshot below.

We do offer Unlimited Transit Charts with the purchase of a monthly or annual membership.   You can sign up for the membership via our website https://astrograph.com/astrology-software/membership.php.  The web membership and Android app sync.

If you still can't find your purchased transit charts, despite the info above, please try accessing the Transit Charts on our website using the same username and password as the Android app https://www.astrograph.com/cloud/.  If they aren't there, please forward your receipts and let us know what date and time you purchased and for whom and we will add them to your account.
