OneDrive - Edgar Cayce Error Issue

Modified on Thu, Feb 18, 2021 at 5:10 PM

If you are getting a "File Open Error" message when our software is trying to open the sample chart for Edgar Cacey, this is because you have saved the TimePassages Program Folder and or the specific chart file to your OneDrive instead of your local C:Drive. This may have been by default and we can fix that.

Please go to your OneDrive and search for the TimePassages folder (which contains your Sample Charts) and drag it to your Documents folder on your local C:Drive. See attached screenshots.

You will want to save all new charts that you create once the program is working in a chart folder on your hard drive.  Keeping this folder on your desktop may be the easiest way to access it.

If you are still getting the Edgar Cayce error message, select Ok.  Then go to Enable>Enable Features>Enter your edition if you have not already.

After your Enable Codes are in, go to File>New and create your first chart.  Once you have the chart on the screen, select File>Save.

Now, close the program and open it again.  You should no longer have the error message, and you should just see the chart you created.
