To share or print a report from the Google Chrome browser, go up to the "File" menu in the Toolbar. At the bottom, you'll see the "Share" and "Print" options. Saving the file to PDF works well for e-mailing reports and printing.
To save a file to PDF in the Google Chrome browser, follow these steps:
- go up to "File" in the Toolbar
- click on Print
- in the Destination dropdown menu, choose "Save to PDF"
- click Save in the bottom right-hand corner
- choose where to save the file on your computer (desktop is a great, easy-to-find place)
- click Save
