Billing/Payment Issues

All iPhone App purchases are linked to your Apple ID and go through Apple. We do not have access to iPhone purchases, and billing/payment information. The $29.99 TimePassages Pro App, now called the Legacy App, has been discontinued. However, all your existing charts will transfer to the new 3.0 app at no extra cost, plus you have a Free year of the subscription.  Please go through the onboarding process in your TimePassages Pro "Legacy" App, to sync the charts and get your free year.

You will need to contact Apple regarding any other purchase issues. 



All Android App purchases are linked to your Google Play account and go through Google Play.  We do not have access to Google Play purchases, and billing/payment information. You will need to contact Google Play regarding these issues.


 If you purchased a chart you do not have access to, please email us with a copy of the receipt and the profile it is for.  Our email is: support@timepassages.app
