How to save a report to PDF

To save a report on the desktop software as a PDF, you first want to have the report created on your screen.

1. Select File in the top toolbar menu

2. Select Print

3. In the lower left, click PDF and select Save as PDF

See screenshot below.  
After you saved the Report as a PDF, you can attach it to an e-mail.
