We have the software set to print out thinner aspect lines because we decided as a company that the thinner lines were easier to read on the printed chart.
If you want thicker aspect lines, we have a workaround for you. Have the chart you want to print open and on your screen, then go to File>Save Graphic.
You can save the chart as a PDF and it will be saved as it appears on your screen. You can then print the chart with the thicker lines.
