Why is a planet displayed in the next house?

There is a treatment that we use that places planets into the next house if within 3 degrees of the next house cusp.  This treatment is supported by many astrologers.  We feel it is, in fact, more accurate, but it is of course optional.

In order to defeat this on TimePassages:

1. go to Settings
2. click on House Cusp Margin 

   

3. change from 3 to 0.
