In TimePassages for Mac, you can fully customize your aspect orb settings—helping you control how tight or wide each aspect appears in your charts.
Pro Tip: If you’d prefer not to display a particular aspect at all, just set its orb to “-1” and it will be hidden.
How to Adjust Orbs on Mac:
Go to the TimePassages menu > Settings > Aspect Orbs
From there, you can set different orb values for each chart type.
Default Orb Settings (Mac)
Natal Charts:
Conjunction, Opposition, Trine: 8°
Square: 8°
Sextile, Inconjunct: 4°
Quintile, Semi-sextile, Semi-square, Sesquiquadrate, Biquintile, Septile: 2°
Parallel, Contraparallel: 1°
All other aspects: Disabled
Transit Charts:
Conjunction, Opposition: 4°
Trine, Square, Sextile, Inconjunct, Quintile, Biquintile: 2°
Semi-sextile, Semi-square, Sesquiquadrate: 1°
Septile: -1 (disabled)
Parallel, Contraparallel: 1°
All other aspects: Disabled
Progressions:
Conjunction, Opposition, Square: 1°
Trine, Sextile: 0°
All others: -1 (disabled)
Comparison Charts:
Conjunction, Opposition: 8°
Trine, Sextile, Inconjunct: 4°
Square: 6°
Quintile, Biquintile, Septile: 2°
Semi-sextile, Semi-square, Sesquiquadrate: 1°
Parallel, Contraparallel: 1°
All other aspects: Disabled
