Your Ascendant (or Rising Sign) is highly sensitive to time zone settings and daylight saving time (DST). If your Ascendant looks incorrect, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
Step 1: Check your birth details and DST setting
Open the TimePassages app and tap your profile (your name at the bottom toolbar).
Tap Edit Profile in the top right corner.
Scroll down and tap Timezone Options.
Try toggling the Daylight Saving Time (DST) switch to the opposite setting.
Tap the X at the top right to dismiss the Timezone Options drawer.
Tap Update Profile at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
Once you’ve updated the profile, return to your chart and check whether your Ascendant looks correct.

You can quickly contact our support team directly from the app:
Tap Settings (gear icon in the bottom toolbar).
Scroll down and tap Report an Issue.
Fill out the support form with your name, email, a short description of the issue, and your birth details.
Attach a screenshot of the chart you’re seeing, if possible.
Tap Submit Ticket.
