The latest update logged you out because Apple security was causing your session ID to expire repeatedly, but the app wasn't asking you to authenticate (log in again). This was causing bugs for our users. Once you successfully log back into the app, it won't ask you to authenticate again.
Try these steps to get back into your account:
- Try all the e-mails you may have and the Apple login button.
- If those don't work, go to our website using a computer's web browser and try logging in there. If you can log in on the website, check to see if all of your charts in your app are there in your web account. If all the charts in your app are there on the website, skip to step 5. If you have charts in your app that aren't in your web account, go to the next step.
- A surefire way for you to not lose your charts is for you to manually add any missing charts from your app into your web account. This will put them in our cloud, effectively backing them up.
- After you do that, you can uninstall and reinstall your app. This will allow you to log in. Then, the app will download your backed-up charts from our cloud to your app. If you have a lot of charts to transfer from your app to your web account, let our support team know by creating a ticket. We can help you enter your charts into your web account.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app. This will allow you to log back in!
If you still have questions, please create a ticket. Our support team will gladly assist you!
