Migration process for Free App users who bought $9.99 Unlimited Purchases in Legacy App

We have discontinued the old TimePassages Legacy App with the option to purchase Unlimited Features.  The old Legacy App was created in 2012 and was not longer able to be maintained.  The new TimePassages 3.0 App is subscription based or you can purchase 99 cents per chart.  We have created new features, all charts are saved in our Cloud, and now you can login from any device you are on to the new account you create!


We appreciate you so very much and we are offering all of our customers who purchased Unlimited Features in the past,  a Free Year Paid Pro App subscription in the new TimePassages 3.0 App.  The new 3.0 has new features like Solar Return and Composite Charts, we cannot wait for you to try it out!  All of your charts should transfer over from the old Legacy App, you can create as many charts as you wish in the Free Annual Paid Pro Subscription, and at the end of the year, if you do not wish to resubscribe, you will still have access to all of the charts you ever created.

Here is how to setup the new TimePassages 3.0 App: 

  1. Read through every slide of the 3.0 App setup process and follow the directions!
  2. Create an account (this tells our servers where to migrate your charts). The Legacy App never required a login or account.
  3. When prompted, download the new 3.0 app.
  4. We are offering our customers who purchased $9.99 Unlimited Features a Free Year Pro App subscription in the new 3.0 TimePassages App. (So when the subscription purchase screen pops up, it'll give you the opportunity to choose between a monthly or annual subscription. Whichever you choose, it will prompt you to enter your credit card information. It won't actually charge you. It needs to capture your cc info so it can renew when the free trial year is up. You will get a $0 receipt via e-mail. Once you "purchase" your subscription, if the app doesn't register at first and asks you to pay for paid features, please be patient. Our overworked server is still trying to process your subscription request. Do not delete the app or logout. Thank you for your patience while our engineers work on our servers to accommodate the massive enthusiasm we are seeing from our amazing customers!)
  5. If you don't see your charts in the new 3.0 app, be patient!  the app is syncing the charts in the background.  You may continue using the 3.0 app while the sync completes.
  6. If you still do not see your charts, did not get your Free year, or experience any issues, do NOT delete your app and Do NOT logout of the App, please contact support: [email protected]
