Migration process for Free App users who bought $9.99 Unlimited Purchases in Legacy App

  1. read through every slide of the onboarding process and follow the directions!
  2. create an account (this tells our servers where to migrate your charts).
  3. when prompted, download the new 3.0 app.
  4. We are offering our customers who purchased $9.99 Unlimited Features a Free Year Pro App subscription in the new 3.0 TimePassages App.                                                                                                                                               (So when the subscription purchase screen pops up, it'll give you the opportunity to choose between a monthly or annual subscription. Whichever you choose, it will prompt you to enter your credit card information. It won't actually charge you. It needs to capture your cc info so it can renew when the free trial year is up. You will get a $0 receipt via e-mail. Once you "purchase" your subscription, if the app doesn't register at first and asks you to pay for paid features, please be patient. Our overworked server is still trying to process your subscription request. Do not delete the app or logout. Thank you for your patience while our engineers work on our servers to accommodate the massive enthusiasm we are seeing from our amazing customers!)
  5. if you don't see your charts in the new 3.0 app, be patient!  the app is syncing the charts in the background.  You may continue using the 3.0 app while the sync completes.
  6. If you still do not see your charts, did not get your Free year, or experience any issues, do NOT delete your app and Do NOT logout of the App, please contact support: [email protected]
