Thank you for e-mailing support. To create a Solar Arc Progression, you will want to go to Edit>Progression Style.
Choose Solar Arc Progressions if that is the style you want to use. Then select OK.
After you select Solar Arc Progressions, then you can go to Display>Progressions Biwheel and create a chart.
